Blackberry curve help!!?

-I have just upgraded my friends blackberry curve to 5.0 and now it has removed her facebook app and blackberry app world. I have tried downloading blackberry app world off the browser on her phone and it just comes up with a message saying "sorry the requested item could not be loaded". There is no problem with her wi-fi connection as she is on the internet on her phone fine. It just wont let me download the app world back onto it. does anybody know what i should do? thanks x
