Error code #52100 help?

-So i am trying to connect to animal crossing wild world. I have all the info they ask for and i did it all manually but when i test the connection it says

Error Code : 52100

Connected to access point but unable to connect to the server. Confirm connection settings and internet availability.

I went to nintendowifi.com but i didnt understand anything they said to fix the problem!!! ( im not a computer genius...) so them i added 10 to the ip address but that didnt work either i still got the same error code message. I have a mac osx. any idea how to fix the problem??? and if i need a code or something can u tell me where to get it...
