Help my blackberry wont work?

-a couple of months back i dropped my phone in the bath, i took the battery out and sim card and left in rice for 3 days and then went to turn it on and it jst comes up with jvm error 545, it says on the blackberry website to download desktop manger so i did but when i go to connect my phone it wont connect what do i do,It's dead the electricity shocked the device you better recycle the phone and get a new one
