Transfer pics to computer that wayThe easiest way would be to send them as email message attachments from yourself to yourself. Open the email on the PC and you can download them direct. try sending them as picture mail messages to a friend who has an Android phone or iPhone. Have them send them to you in email.
Use the phone's "upload to online albums" function to send them to your mysprint.com account. You can access that account from the PC and download.
Take it to a Sprint store. Take a USB flash drive with you and ask if they can back up the picture file to your USB drive. A good tech will know how to do this, but some phone models are not compatible with the machine they use to copy pictures and can only transfer phone book data. I'm not sure if the m320 is compatible with the Cellebrite machine's picture transfer function or not.
