I thought the blackberry would be amazing it seems not unless someone helps me?? please?

-well im 13 and as you know you nag your mum for ages to get something, and i finally got my blackberry :) but its really **** to be honest because whenever i send a text to someone it just comes up with the red clock sign, the bbm dosent let me add or recieve other peoples pins and the only good thing about it so far is the game of hangman i've downloaded x can someone please tell me why the red clock thing always comes up (i know what it means but the text never sends even after like 1 day and its really annoying when your in the middle of a convo and they are like r u there) and also how to get my bbm to work my m8tes said something about the invite being in the recent updates but it dosent have that anywhere on bbm. please help because if i told my mum its basically a ****** up fone she wouldnt be the happiest person in the world tbh

PS i dont know if this effects it but i had a contract on another phone and found out that we could move the contract onto the blackberry so thats what we did. thanks x

any help is apreshiated ;)all phones take a while to get used to, and to learn how to make all the features active, blackberry,s and androids more than "normal" phones (for want of a better word) one thing is to ensure you have the blackberry data plan added and active. maybe call your service provider for some advice on that.H
First, you should communicate in a way that helps people to

understand what you are saying, rather than in an unpunctuated

million-word run-on stream-of-consciousness mess.



Second, you seem to have discovered an ancient problem:

Wanting something tends to make it seem far more wonderful

that it may actually be.



Third, no gadget can be "amazing" unless you make a sufficient effort

to take advantage of its capabilities.

A Blackberry (or iPhone, or whatever) can do a lot of stuff,

but it's worthless if it isn't commanded to do something useful.





Now that you have received what you wanted, live with it.

Learn all you can about its functions.

Do your best to make it what you hoped it to be before you got it.
