Ipod touch 4g weird white screen help!?

-ok last night i got jailbreakme 3.0 then i got the pipboy landscape and rebooted. it keeps reebooting but each time it goes to a white screen for like 4 seconds and reboots again but keeps getting white screenRestore, good luck
