Is it my iPhone or the charger?

-So I bought a griffin fm transmitter. So after a few uses the fm transmitter blew a fuse in my car. So I use the transmitter has a wall charger and it start messing up my iPhone. So I bought this iconnections wall charger for $8. After 2 days the green light won't stay on when i plug it up. So please tell me what should I do. Should I get a new phone or a new charger?Try buying a new charger if it doesnt work...

OR Delete all apps (or get a new sim card) and turn off then restart

If that doesnt work, Get a new phone!

Take to a specialist is most recomended.u could try backing up eveything in ur iphone first then reset all settings and try again.it may work...hope this helps :)
