My blackberry isnt working...?

-It was raining yesterday and my blackberry slipped from my hand and fell into a puddle of water...

Whenever i turn it on, it starts to load a bit but then goes into a white page then starts to load again, this keeps on happening and my phone wont turn on, have you ever had this experience or know what to do to fix it?
